If for any reason You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review Our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You have purchased from Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement refers to Amy’s Boutique, Aleja Krakowska 37, 05-090 Janki, Poland, +48 605 597 123.

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Website.

“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

“Website” refers to AmysBoutique.pl

“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party appointed by You, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Goods delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not mandatory.

Refunds

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We are informed about Your decision to cancel the Order.

However, We may withhold reimbursement until We have received the returned Goods or until You have supplied proof of having sent back the Goods, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, unless You have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If You selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Us, We are not required to reimburse the additional delivery cost.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
The Goods are returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible.
The Goods are unused, clean, undamaged and in a resalable condition.
The Goods include all original tags, labels, accessories and packaging, where applicable.
The Goods have not been worn beyond what is necessary to check the size, fit or nature of the product.

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the Goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.

The Following Goods Cannot Be Returned

The following Goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described:

Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned.
Goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the expiry date is over.
Sealed Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Gift cards, vouchers or digital products, if applicable and where permitted by law.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics, hair accessories or beauty products may not be returnable if the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened or damaged after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If You receive Goods that are damaged, faulty, defective or incorrect, please contact Us as soon as possible.

Photos or video of the damaged, faulty or incorrect Goods
A short description of the issue

If the Goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or not as described, We may offer a repair, replacement, refund or other solution in accordance with applicable Polish and EU consumer protection laws.

This policy does not limit Your statutory consumer rights.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us, unless the Goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or We have agreed otherwise.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend using an insured and trackable mail or courier service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If You need to exchange a product for a different size, colour or item, please contact Us first.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is not available, We may offer a refund or another suitable solution.

Sale and Discounted Items

Sale or discounted items may be returned under the same legal return conditions as regular-priced items, unless a legal exception applies.

This does not affect Your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
